Free Shipping
All orders placed with BOGGTOTE qualify for free standard shipping. There are no minimum purchase requirements, and no additional shipping fees apply to any address within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Processing begins once your payment is confirmed and your order is verified. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is 3 to 6 business days. Transit times are based on standard ground shipping and apply to the contiguous United States. Delivery to remote or non-contiguous areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) may require additional transit time, and any applicable surcharges will be communicated before shipping.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after your order is processed, please contact our support team.
Shipping Address
BOGGTOTE is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to modify the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate. Email us at the address below with your order number and a description of the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, BOGGTOTE only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Customers with APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or US territories are welcome; please note that delivery to these locations may take additional transit time.
